親愛的希拉蕊女士，
這個世界，在我們做過什麼之後，只稍微適合蟑螂居住。它需要呼吸空氣也快死了。
陳述人類狀況的真相變得陳腐與無聊，我們也失去耐心去承受，並不是它們不是真的，而是因為它們對我們來說不真實。
它們看起來像是失控的東西，事實很簡單就是我們正住在從認識世界以來最暴力、魯莽及致命的時代，而我們人類，選擇像蛇一樣目盲，像驢一樣倔強，比牛更沈默。當我們面對這個事實，很可惜台灣處於這樣不好的條件之下，甚至比蟑螂更差。很不幸地，有”經濟奇蹟”的民主台灣像是一隻為”廚房”而準備閃閃發亮的雞，不是嗎？
世界歷史傳達出一個觀點，就是台灣人像是世界上其他的人，均享有1948年載於聯合國通過之人權宣言的權利及自由。
不得因一人所屬的任何政治或行政或國家與地區的國際地位而有所區別。
既然人們真的渴望重拾他們國際代表的權力，一直以來都在說，中華民國政府有義務去履行它尋求聯合國會員身分的任務，不論外國領袖，包含美國總統是誰。
聯合國不能忽視由於內戰的事實，中國在1949年政治上已分裂，兩個政府同時存在於台北與北京。任何一方自此都沒有再受到另一方的掌管與統治。
李登輝總統在1992年宣示，以務實的精神，即中華民國的管轄範圍目前僅限於台灣、澎湖、金門與馬祖地區。
另一方面，北京乃唯一有權合法代表大陸人民，而它絕對沒有對住在台灣地區二千一百萬人民的管轄權。
把所有政治考量與爭論擺一邊，真正的”台灣問題”是如何為二千一百萬合法代表中華民國政府的台灣人恢復國際承認的合法權利及參與國際活動。
1996年當選的李總統，變成有五千多年歷史華人土地上的第一個直選領導人。
總結來說，中華民國是一個合法的民主與主權國家，它需要你的支持。

Dear Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton,
The world, after we have done to it, is barely fit for a cockroach to live in. It gasps for air and is dying.
To state facts about the condition of mankind becomes hackneyed and boring, and we lose patience with bearing them. Not because they are not true, but because they are not real to us.
They seem to be things out of our control. The truth is simply that we are living in the most violent, reckless, and deadly era the world has ever known. And we, the human race, have chosen to be as blind as snakes, as stubborn as asses, and dumber than cows. As, we face the truth; it is so pity that Taiwan living in such kind of bad condition, even more worse than cockroach. Unfortunately; democratic Taiwan with "economic miracle" look like a sparkling chicken staying for "kitchen", isn't it ?
World history expressed a view; that the people of Taiwan just like their counterparts all over the world are entitled to the rights and freedoms set forth in the declaration of human rights adopted by the United Nation in 1948.
Regardless of any distinction made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which any individual person belongs.
Since its people truly aspire to regain their right of international representation the ROC government has an obligation to fulfill its mission of seeking U.N. membership, regardless of what foreign leaders, including the U.S. President, may say from time to time.
The U.N. cannot ignore the fact that due to the out-come of a civil war, China has been politically divided since 1949, with governments coexisting in Taipei and Beijing. Neither side has been subject to the other side's authority or rule ever since.
President Lee Teng-hui in 1992 declared, in the spirit of pragmatism, that the ROC's jurisdiction is presently limited to the areas of Taiwan, Penghu(Pescadores), Kinmen(Quemoy) and Matsu.
On the other hand; Beijing is only legally entitled to represent the people of the mainland, while it has absolutely no jurisdiction over the 21 million people living in the Taiwan area.
Putting all political considerations and disputes aside, the real "Taiwan issue" is how to restore the lawful rights of international recognition and participation in international activities to the 21 million people of Taiwan who are legally represented by the ROC government.
The 1996 election of President Lee, who became the first directly elected head of state on Chinese soil in the nation's 5000-plus years of history.
On the conclusion; ROC is a legal, democratic and sovereign country, it need your support.
